The Binding
Another character enters the stage. This one is dressed as an angel. He has a rope in his hands that is coiled. He approaches the groups of serpents and the group of scorpions. He begins to encircle them with this rope. He goes around and around. As the angel circles around these two groups, he is tightening the rope. Around, and around he goes.
The two groups are still two groups but are being pulled closer and closer together until there is no gap between them. They now turn to face the audience. They have numbers on their foreheads and upon their right hands. They also have some writing on the front of their costumes. You then realize that you had not seen this before because their backs were facing you and you only had seen their backs and sides in this scene.

The Book (Bible)
The Book (Bible) explains that what has just occurred is the binding of the Serpents and Scorpions. The Serpents and the Scorpions are also known as ‘The Tares’. We can find tares in the Parable of ‘The Wheat and the Tares’.
Matthew 13:24-30 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven (The church) is likened unto a man (The Lord) which sowed good seed (Multitude before they believed in lies and worshipped other gods) in his field: (The church) But while men slept, his enemy (Satan) came and sowed tares (Serpents and Scorpions) among the wheat, (Multitude) and went his way. But when the blade (New Christian that is born again) was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares (Serpents and Scorpions) also. So the servants (144,000) of the householder (The Lord) came and said unto him, (The Lord) Sir, didst not thou sow good seed (Saved Christians in the Truth) in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? (Serpents and Scorpions) He said unto them, An enemy (Satan) hath done this. The servants (144,000) said unto him, (The Lord) Wilt thou then that we (144,000) go and gather them (Serpents and Scorpions) up? But he (The Lord) said, Nay; lest while ye (144,000) gather up the tares, (Serpents and Scorpions) ye root up also the wheat (Multitude) with them. (Serpents and Scorpions) Let both (Serpents and Scorpions) (Multitude) grow together until the harvest: (Tribulation) and in the time of harvest (Tribulation) I will say to the reapers, (Angels) Gather ye together first the tares, (Serpents and Scorpions) and bind them (Serpents and Scorpions enter into a Conspiracy, Agreement, Alliance, Contract) in bundles to burn them: (Serpents and Scorpions cast into the Lake of Fire when the Tribulation is ended) but gather (Persecute, Prosecute, and Execute the Multitude) the wheat (Multitude) into my barn. (Upon their death - Heaven – New Jerusalem)

(Judgement of today’s church - Babylon)
The Book (Bible) goes on to explain that the gathering together of the tares is the contract that the Serpents and Scorpions enter into between themselves. The conspiracy of her prophets found in Ezekiel 22:25 is also the same as the binding of the tares. An under-definition found under the word ‘conspiracy’ ties (pun unintended, but true) this all together.
